Cent ans de l’avènement de « CHỮ QUỐC NGỮ », écriture vietnamienne utilisant l’alphabet latin

Le 28/12/1918, l’empereur Khai Dinh avait émis un décret impérial sur l’abandon de l’organisation des concours mandarinaux utilisant l’écriture en caractère chinois et l’imposition de la nouvelle écriture vietnamienne latinisée. Depuis cette date le « Chữ Quốc Ngữ » (CQN) est devenu l’écriture officielle de de la langue vietnamienne.

CQN a joué un rôle important dans le changement de la culture vietnamienne. Sans le CQN, il serait difficile de mener à bien le renouveau du Vietnam, de pousser à fond la promotion sociale au début du XX siècle au Vietnam !

Saisi l’occasion de l’avènement du cent ans de l’utilisation de CQN comme l’écriture officielle dans le système d’éducation nationale et dans les commpunications de l’état,

• « Institut d’hommage à CQU et à la langue vietnamienne (ILV) » appartenant à l’Université Duy Tan,
• « Association linguistique de Ho Chi Minh ville »,
• et « Tao Đàn Thư Quán (Société négoce de publication Tao Đàn) »

décident d’organiser en commun la Conférence Internationale

Cent ans de l’avènement de « CHỮ QUỐC NGỮ »,

Publication

Après la Conférence, les organisateurs vont coordonner les actions avec les auteurs en vue de la rédaction et de la correction des articles. Tao Đàn Thư Quán se charge de l’édition et de la diffusion du compte-rendu de la Conférence sous la forme d’un livre. Les auteurs ont droit 5 copies chacun et éventuellement des royalties.

Frais de participation

• 3.000.000 VND pour les auteurs vietnamiens
• 120 USD pour les étrangers.
• Les participants invités sont omis de payer les frais de participation

Logistique

• Le voyage du pays d’origine jusqu’à Da Nang est à la charge des participants-conférenciers. Les déplacements locaux (accueil à la gare ou à l’aéroport, déplacement de l’hôtel aux lieux des sessions, visites à Thanh Chiêm et Hoi An… sont à la charge des organisateurs.
• Les conférenciers invités et les auteurs-conférenciers ont droit à deux nuits sans charge à l’hôtel (28-29/11/2019). Ceux qui veulent prolonger leur séjour devront informer les organisateurs pour la réservation et le payement des chambres.
• Pendant le déroulement de la Conférence, les repas (le soir et midi) seront servis sans frais supplémentaires par les organisateurs.

Announcement of the International Conference

One hundred years of the advent of « CHỮ QUỐC NGỮ », Vietnamese writing using the Latin script (ICCQN)

On December 28, 1918, Emperor Khai Dinh issued an imperial decree on the abandonment of the organization of mandarin examinations using Chinese writing and the imposition of the new Vietnamese writing using Latin script. Since then, « Chữ Quốc Ngữ » (CQN) has become the official script of the Vietnamese language.

CQN has played an important role in the change of Vietnamese culture. Without the CQN, it would be difficult to carry out the renewal of Vietnam, to boost the social promotion at the beginning of XX century in Vietnam!

Taking the opportunity of the advent of the hundred years of the use of CQN as the official writing in the national education system and in the communications of the state,

Publication

After the Conference, the organizers will coordinate the actions with the authors for the edition and correction of articles. Tao Đàn Thư Quán is responsible for editing and distributing the proceedings of the Conference in the form of a book. The authors are entitled to 5 copies each and possibly royalties.

 Logistics

·  The trip from the country of origin to Da Nang is under the charges of the speaker-participants. Local travel (reception at the station or at the airport, moving from the hotel to the venue of the sessions, visits to Thanh Chiêm and Hoi An …) are the responsibility of the organizers.·  Guest speakers and speaker-writers are entitled to two nights without charge at the hotel (28-29 /11/2019). Those who want to extend their stay will have to inform the organizers for the reservation and the payment of the rooms.·  During the course of the Conference, meals (evening and noon) will be served at no additional cost by the organizers.
